Warranty from Ioline UK.

Please note that Ioline UK sells Ioline products. For products purchased VIA THIS OFFICE we offer a one year warranty on all products since 2012. If you purchased Ioline products from elsewhere and you have warranty issues your 'first port of call' is back to the seller. If you cannot get service from the supplier then if the product is under warranty against manufacturing defects then we will try to help, but in that circumstance we will charge for labour costs (and parts if Ioline Corp. determines the product is out of warranty). For products purchased from Ioline UK our warranty of one year includes parts and labour only if the fault is a manufacturing defect.


Service and Support

 

One of the most overlooked but important aspects of using any mechanical equipment is preventative maintenance. We have incredible experience in servicing and supporting Ioline products within our territory. But the singular issue that we see with Ioline products that have problems is that the preventative maintenance has not (or has never been) carried out on the product. If you need your Ioline product to perform for literally tens of years then you need to get your machine serviced regularly by someone who knows what they are doing - and there's no better place than Ioline.

Service Details

We carry out specialised support and service for the CrystalPress rhinestone placement machine. The CrystalPress like all mechanical devices needs occasional preventative maintenance to ensure the unit is operational for a long time.

The Ioline SmarTrac can sometimes be used (and abused) by not carrying out regular preventative maintenance servicing which we recommend no more than three years between services. Good servicing will keep these machines operational for tens of years.

The Ioline FlexJet will operate long term and give you a great extended life - especially if the unit is regularly serviced as part of a preventative maintenance schedule. Failure to maintain any product can be costly if it fails and production is stopped. Servicing is important on any mechanical device and ensure you are not 'caught out' by unscheduled down time.

The 300 series of applique cutters and plotters will last you many years and give you great value for money. Like all mechanical devices regular preventative maintenance is essential to get the most out of the 300 series cutters. Ensure you have your product serviced regularly by Ioline engineers to extend its life.

Our Scheduled Maintenance Pricing

Our pricing is based on servicing your Ioline product once a year. We can negotiate pricing for products that are not used excessively. Please note these prices assume you will return the plotter to our UK offices in Stoke on Trent. This can be difficult in the case of large format inkjets or plotters and all prices exclude traveling times and costs as well as return shipping costs if required. All Prices exclude VAT.
